Patented Tajima Urethane™:
- Our patented urethane lens material is not polycarbonate, nylon, CR-39, or glass.
- It is a patented and proprietary urethane polarized lens composition made in our lens making factory in Tajima, Japan.
- It is the first non-comprising polarized lens material featuring the superior optical clarity of glass, and hi-mass impact resistance and light weight of polycarbonate.

Lens Replacement Process
- You’ll need to send your frame to us:
- We’ll send you an empty box with a prepaid return label inside OR
- Email you a printable return shipping label to use with your own box
- Once we receive your frames, they’ll be shipped back to you with your prescription lenses installed within 1-2 weeks

- We only offer Trivex as other materials do not meet our requirements and standards for optical clarity, durability, light weight or impact resistance.
- Similar to our patented Tajima Urethane lens material in performance, Trivex is a dynamic lens material specifically built for daily prescription use.
